These Billing Terms & Conditions explain how HM EQPiX processes payments, handles billing, and manages disputes. They should be read alongside our Payment Policy and Terms of Service.
1. Payment Processing
When you place an order, your chosen payment method is authorised and charged for the full order total, including any applicable taxes and fees, at the time of purchase. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully processed. All payments are handled by secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment providers.
2. Billing Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information for all purchases. This includes a valid payment method, correct billing address, and contact details. Incorrect billing information may result in a delayed or cancelled order.
3. One-Time Purchases
The majority of our products are sold as one-time purchases. You are charged once per order, and no recurring charges apply unless you explicitly enrol in a subscription or recurring plan.
4. Subscriptions & Recurring Billing
If we offer a subscription or recurring service and you choose to enrol:
- You authorise HM EQPiX to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval disclosed at sign-up.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time before the next billing date via your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period unless required by law.
- We will notify you in advance of any change to subscription pricing.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at Contact@HMEQPiX.Shop — most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks we believe are invalid and to provide transaction records to the payment provider. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
6. Tax Responsibilities
Prices may be shown exclusive of tax where applicable. Any sales tax, VAT, or GST required by law will be calculated at checkout. For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or taxes levied by your local authority.
7. Failed Payments
If a payment fails or is reversed after an order is placed, we may suspend or cancel the order and any associated services until payment is resolved.
8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
